Terms and conditions

• The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply to all transactions and reservations and are available for inspection at Hotel Restaurant Oud London or will be sent free of charge at your request.
• Presenting a valid passport or ID card with photo at check-in is mandatory.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of belongings (you can use the safe in the room).
• Smoking is not allowed in the hotel and a fine of at least € 150.00 will be charged.
• The room rates apply with normal use of the room.
• Additional cleaning and/or destruction costs will be charged.
• I agree that where a credit card is provided as a guarantee, this card may be charged when settling any outstanding amounts.
